
Netizen is a platformer with the goal of teaching internet safety habits. The player must complete various tasks and navigate through the level in 2D to beat levels.

Guided by a robot companion, the player learns about various topics such as password security.

New levels are accessed by completing previous levels, leading to lessons about different internet safety topics and interactive minigames.

Upon successfully completing each minigame, the player gains a special new ability!

Netizen was created and shipped in three months with the support of Malta Information Technology Agency, a government agency dedicated to creating a modern digital ecosystem within Malta.
My roles in this project were level design (Level 2), menu design, programming, and implementation of the sound.
